Four short steps and we'll come and collect it from your door — no post office, no printing anything. Open for seven days after your order is delivered.

Nothing is collected at pickup. Swapping it for another size or a replacement is free. If you'd rather have your money back, ₹99 for the courier comes off the refund — that's the one trip we can't avoid and don't get back.
Optional, but it's the fastest way to get a yes — a photo of the problem usually means we can approve the return the same day instead of asking you questions on WhatsApp. Up to three.
Send it back unworn and unwashed with the tags still on, within seven days of delivery. Once we've had a look we'll message you on WhatsApp to arrange the pickup — you won't need to post anything yourself, and there's nothing to pay the agent. Any pickup fee is settled against your refund after we've checked the garment, and we'll tell you if it applies.
