These Terms & Conditions govern your use of arthurandgable.com and any order placed with Arthur & Gable ("we", "us", "our"), operating out of Rishra, Hooghly, West Bengal, India. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or place an order.
Arthur & Gable sells formal shirts and trousers under the Daily Cool™, Motion Flex™, All-Day Structure™ and Arthur & Gable Express™ names. Our operational address and contact details are on our Contact us page.
Orders can be placed two ways: by sending your order slip on WhatsApp, or by paying online through this website via Razorpay. An order is only confirmed once we acknowledge it — on WhatsApp for cash-on-delivery orders, or once payment is verified for online orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud — in which case any online payment already made will be refunded in full.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep prices accurate, but errors can happen — if a price is wrong, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel if you don't wish to proceed. We accept cash on delivery (COD) for WhatsApp orders, and online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking and wallets) for orders placed through this website. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. A payment is only marked complete after Razorpay's signature is verified on our server.
Delivery timelines vary by location and are detailed on our Shipping & delivery page. Delivery dates given at the time of order are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Size charts on this site are based on our own measurements and are provided as a guide. We recommend measuring a garment you already own against our size chart before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing mismatches where the chart was not followed, though our standard exchange policy still applies.
This site and its contents are for personal, non-commercial use while browsing and ordering from Arthur & Gable. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, scraping content for resale, or submitting false order or payment information.
Daily Cool™, Motion Flex™, All-Day Structure™, Arthur & Gable Express™ and Home Trial™ are brand names used by Arthur & Gable. Site content, design and copy belong to Arthur & Gable and may not be reproduced without permission.
We aim for every order to arrive correctly and on time, but to the extent permitted by law, Arthur & Gable is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or a delayed or failed delivery beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit any right you have under Indian consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from an order or use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hooghly, West Bengal.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
